On September 22nd, the Arkansas Arts & Fashion Forum team hosted a virtual discussion with visionary retail executive Denise Incandela. Denise provided her insight on how the fashion industry has changed over the past 20 years and where she sees it heading in the future.

Denise Incandela is the Senior Vice President of Merchandising for Walmart’s Women’s Group and Online Brands. She is responsible for transforming fashion across Walmart’s Women’s businesses- womenswear, intimates, and jewelry, and accessories for stores and online. She oversees Moosejaw, Bonobos, Eloquii, and Free Assembly brand – all Walmart direct to consumer brands.
Incandela has an extensive and noteworthy resume including her former role as CEO of Aerosoles, President of Global Digital for the Ralph Lauren Corporation, and EVP and CMO of Saks Fifth Avenue.
